What is TV Wizard

hi i check my programs in the control panel and it says tv wizard is not there but when i go onto chrome, tv wizard adds always pop up but i check my extensions and tv wizard is not there either please help. thank you

TV Wizard have active module that will not be visible as browser extension.
You can look for TV Wizard folder in %ProgramData% or %AppData% folders.
