One System Care won’t uninstall
There are certain cases, when users cannot uninstall One System Care normally, using standard Windows features in Control Panel. When users click Uninstall button they see message: “You do not have sufficient access to uninstall One System Care. Please, contact your system administrator.” This happens because some process of One System Care prevent attempts to uninstall it. In order to uninstall it, use Safe Mode:
For Windows XP, Vista, 7
- Turn off your computer;
- Turn it on and immediately start typing F8 button;
- This will open Advanced Boot Options menu;
- Choose Safe Mode with arrow buttons;
- In Safe Mode go to Control Panel and Uninstall a program and remove “One System Care”.
For Windows 8/8.1 and 10
- Press the Win+R keys, type msconfig in box and press Enter;
- Switch to Boot tab, and click on Safe Boot check box;
- Choose the type of Safe Mode: Minimal or Network;
- Click OK and restart your PC;
- In Safe Mode go to Control Panel and Uninstall a program and remove “One System Care”.
