What is Net Analyzer?

Net Analyzer is another malware that affects Safari, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox web-browsers. Following infiltration, it makes changes to browser configuration, creates a new entry in Profiles, and appends an extension to installed web browsers. All this is done in order to complicate the task for those who want to get rid of it. Moreover, the settings of your browser, such as a new tab URL, homepage, or primary search provider will also be changed. Meanwhile, users’ browsers are filled with questionable content in the form of pop-ups, banners, video/audio ads, in-text links, and so on. A single click is enough for a device to end up on scam or malware-laden websites. And if that’s not enough, Net Analyzer also can “read sensitive information from web pages, including passwords, phone numbers, and credit cards”, which is described in the description. Therefore, there is a high risk of confidential information leakage or even stealing money from your credit cards. To prevent these dangers, we strongly advise you not to use the browser until you remove Net Analyzer Extension from your Mac.
