3. Once a new window shows up, click Next.



4. Choose the date before the infection appearance and click Next again



5. In the opened pop-up window, click Yes to start system restore.

Method 4. Roll the files back to the previous version

Previous versions can be copies of files and folders created by Windows Backup (if it is active) or copies of files and folders created by System Restore.
